OBJECTIVES AND PROGRAM
This qualification-focused training is centered on acquiring high-level expertise: the immediate mastery of methods and operational tools primarily derived from cognitive and behavioral approaches. This framework constitutes a new internationally recognized and scientifically validated reference in coaching.
Co-developed with the Chrysippe consultancy, this certificate is selective. It offers its participants, in a small group setting, a unique opportunity to acquire robust coaching methods and train in the practice of executive coaching. At the end of the training, participants will be able to develop and market an executive coaching offering tailored to the needs of executives and managers, and to deliver services within the company while respecting the involved company’s culture, individual values, and coaching ethics.
